I am so glad the holidays are over! I am back up to 150 and very disappointed in myself. My first goal will be to loose ten pounds then I will re-evaluate. If I set my goal for a weight I really should be I will be overwhelmed and doomed to failure; so I will set my first goal for ten pounds. Wish me luck!
