Goals for the Week

My goal is to go to the gym 3 days this week. I didn't make my normal 3 days last week due to our trip and probably a bunch of excuses!! Anyway I also Have a goal to lose 1#!!

I lost 1 pound this week, so total is 2.0. I have a 4 day Vegas trip coming up this weekend so my goal for next week is 1 pound.

Well I meet 2 out of 3 of my goals this week. I went to the gym 2 days and worked out at home 2 days. I am very sore and still getting use to what really works for me. The other goal is I did not eat any fast food or even have any soda, and for that I am so happy. But the 2lbs did not happen even though it was week 2 and things were changing I did not loose the 2. Well really I did but it was only .2 see the point hey I am OK with that this is a life change not a race. Even though I want a 20lb lose by March 17.

So how did all of you do? And what helped get you threw your week? ANd what type of food did you make for your family. Debbie put alot of time into this blog lets go ladies lets hear about it. Sorry, I know I am the new girl on the block but just trying to get feedback on ideas. Good luck this next week and lets see what happens.

Goals for next week 1.5lbs. Try to ride my bike with my husband at least two days. And meet him at the gym before he comes home from work at least once. Depending on his work schedule. So lets do it. Hope you all have a great week.
