Fiber

I love Fiber!! Everyone should at least eat 25 grams a day!! But when dieting strive for 35 grams a day!! You should always get your fiber through your diet only!! No supplements... Did you know that there is a flush factor in Fiber... I know gross huh but I love it. If you eat a 100 calorie bar with 5 grams of fiber in it you will automatically loose 7 calories for every gram of fiber because it get flushed. So 7X5 grams= 35 calories that you will end up flushing out!! The other great thing is as long as you drink lots of water the fiber helps you stay full!!
