Eating Fiber

So how do you eat all this fiber?? If you look at labels there is tons of things that really taste good with fiber in them. Here is a list of my favorites. Let me know if you find anything as well so we can share with the group.

Fiber one cereal
Hostess 100 cal cupcakes
fruits and vegetables
Natures Own bread ( only 45 cal a slice and 5 grams I think in fiber for 2 slices)
Sara Lee 45 cal bread is high as well more expensive but tastes great
some soups like Progressive has 2 grams per serving
Weight Watchers Ice cream bars some have up to 5 grams
peanut butter
English Muffins multigrain light had I think 8
Double Fiber english muffins by Oroweat has 8 as well

Just a few ideas to get you started.
