weight loss goals for 2-26-2010

Goal: I was up two last week (did NOT have a good last week - too many excuses and not enough exercise). This week I maintained. My goal for this week would be to lose the weight I gained last week. This seems to be a slow process for me --- I apparently need to step it up! Good luck to everyone this week....I hope we all do very well :)

I am up a little well .6 but after I got back from my trip I was up 3 # but was able to lose it this week. my goal this week is to get down to 155.5 which would be about 2# lose this week. I also will go to the gym 3 times this week.
