goals for the Week 2-05-2010

My goals is to make it to the gym 3 days this week. I only made it to the gym 1 time last week and I want that to change!! So I think I am going to make a deal with Jacob and if I don't go I will have to pay him $5.00. I can feel that my toning is just not as good lately!! weight goal is to get to 155.

My goal for this week is not to focus on a number on the scale but to get to the gym 2 times/days and work on portion control. I need to get more serious about my weight loss if I am ever going to get the weight off again.
